President Vladimir Putin Presents All-Russian Municipal Award Service at National Forum Moscow, 21 April 2025: President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, participated in the award ceremony for the national municipal accolade Service, held within the framework of the Second All-Russian Municipal Forum, Small Homeland – the Strength of Russia. During the ceremony, President Putin presented the Service statuette to Mr Vladimir Tarantsov, First Deputy Head of the Veydelevsky District Administration of the Belgorod Region and Head of the Security Department. Mr Tarantsov was recognised as the laureate in the category Valour and Heroism in Service to the Motherland. The All-Russian Municipal Award Service was instituted in 2023 by Presidential instruction. It honours individuals within the municipal community who have demonstrated exceptional dedication in addressing local issues and advancing the development of local self-governance. The award is conferred across ten categories. This year, the award programme received over 41,000 submissions from all constituent entities of the Russian Federation, underscoring the breadth of engagement and the significance of municipal leadership in shaping the nation’s future. |
